Harrison Woodard is the Chief Consultant at Anclado, bringing over 15 years of experience leading enterprise transformation, PMO excellence, M&A integration, and AI-enabled modernization across healthcare, logistics, and private-equity-backed organizations. He partners with executive teams to translate strategy into execution - leveraging AI, automation, data, and modern architecture to drive measurable business outcomes.
Harrison holds bachelor’s degrees in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and Economics, an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Martin, and an MS in Information Technology from Lipscomb University. He has extensive training as an AI Engineer, RPA Operating Model Architect, SAFe Scrum Master, and across Azure and Google Cloud platforms, along with advanced portfolio and program leadership credentials including PMI PfMP and PgMP. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Harrison brings a globally informed, pragmatic approach to helping organizations scale with clarity and confidence.
